Branch Programs
Before plans were drawn, East Lincoln County residents helped to design a facility that would truly offer something for everyone in their community. The planning team received feedback from more than 600 members of the community about what their ideal YMCA would look like. As a result, Sally’s Y is committed to including these features and amenities as top priorities:
- Cardiovascular and muscle strengthening equipment
- Segmented areas and programs including workout space for beginners and strength training for women
- Circuit training, organized group exercise and customized fitness and wellness plans
- Medical services provided through local healthcare facilities that could include weight management, nutrition, and physical rehabilitation
- A wide array of children’s activities including swimming lessons, child watch, summer camps, sports activities and more
- Special needs programs, a chapel, an environmental learning center and an indoor pool
