Targeting specific muscles, techniques are used to release tightness, spasms, and referred pain patterns from the muscles. Promotes proper posture and more flexibility. |
| Swe-Thai Massage |
Combines Thai stretching techniques with Swedish massage. Acupressure points throughout the body are treated by lengthening and relaxing the muscles and allowing the joints to move easier. |
| Targeted Stone Massage |
A combination of Swedish massage and heated stones relax and warm the muscles promoting a deeper relaxation. (This massage can be added to a 60-or90-minute massage for an additional $15.00) |
