Fitness & Wellness

The Morrison Family YMCA Fitness and Wellness programs offer a variety of services for members trying fitness for the first time, looking for a change, training for a competition, or seeking personalized instruction.



Orientation and Assessments
Our fitness instructors will be happy to take you through an orientation session to show you how to use any of our fitness equipment and can make suggestions on ways to change your routine to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Orientation sessions are free to all members and are offered at various times during the day and are available on the weekend for your convenience. Contact our Fitness Department at the phone number listed below to make an appointment today!





QuickFit
QuickFit is a one hour motivational total body workout. QuickFit combines strength-training exercises with cardiovascular training that results in a fun and rewarding workout.  Each class is led by one of our fitness instructors who will motivate and encourage you. It's great for all levels of fitness. Participate in our monthly challenges and socials. Join the fun today! 


QuickFit is now a part of our Group Exercise schedule.
