- January 15, 2009, 9:00 AM-10:30 and 5:00 PM-6:30 PM Solutions to help with your Resolutions, This program will be held in the Smoothie King lobby with our registered dietician, Alicia Fogarty. There is no fee for the program and registration is not required.
- January 20, 2009, 8:00 AM-11:00AM Cholesterol Screening, A 12-hour fast is recommended and guarantees the most accurate results. $25/person
- January 27, 2009, 7:30 PM Grocery Store Tour, Come take a grocery store tour of Trader Joe's. Meet at the grocery store. FREE to members. Registration is required.
