Join us each day in our Afterschool Enrichment Program for elementary school or our newly designed middle school program. Afterschool operates Monday-Friday from school dismissal 2:00 PM-6:00 PM (except where noted on the calendar located in the handbook). If your child is going to be absent from Afterschool, please call the Absentee Hotline number (704)716-4670.
Afterschool Enrichment Program
The Morrison Family YMCA's Afterschool Program is an enrichment based program for grades K - 5 filled with exciting activities that rotate on a monthly

basis. These activities include indoor and outdoor sports, drama, arts & crafts, foreign language, cheerleading, fitness, creative writing, lip sync, sign language, outdoor adventure and much more. The whole family will be invited to periodic Family Nights to see the newly discovered skills and talents showcased in a wonderful program for all ages.
K-Town : As a highlight of our Afterschool Enrichment Program, our K-Towners (Kindergarten students) will work with their group leaders learning about community and teamwork, while having tons of fun with great new friends and playmates. K-Towners will play games, learn sports, paint, sing, and much more.
The Afterschool Enrichment Program will be offering 2 sites for the 2008-09 school year.

Middle School Afterschool Program
Your Middle School student will participate in developing leadership and team building skills, sports and fitness, special events, field trips and more.
