KinderFitness Class Descriptions |
Little Explorers (6-23 months w/parent) |
This class is unstructured. Equipment will be set up throughout the gym giving children the opportunity to climb, jump, balance, and throw with your assistance. An instructor is on hand to ensure the safety of you and your child. |
Toddler KinderFitness (1 year w/parent) |
This class is designed with fun music, activities, and exercises that will help your toddler grow physically and mentally. |
KinderFitness I (2 years w/parent |
This class will allow your child to climb, jump, balance, throw and begin to learn beginner gymnastics and terminology. Instructors show adults proper spotting techniques so tumbling can be practiced during class as well as at home. A great experience for parent and child. |
KinderFitness II (3 years) |
This program gives children the opportunity to sing, play games, run the obstacle course, learn gymnastics skills and foster independence with new activities and themes each week. |
KinderFitness III (4-5 years) |
This program will allow your child to participate in fun filled physical activity and play. Basic gymnastics is combined with movement education to make for a well-balanced program. Children develop strength, agility, flexibility, body positioning, control and gross motor skills. |
