In collaboration with the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the Lowe’s YMCA is launching a new program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, designed for adult cancer survivors who have completed treatment and want to recommit to living their lives to the fullest. It is an ongoing 8-week program that includes an exercise routine, a support group, an initial consultation and post-program testing. All training facilities, equipment and certified instructors are provided by the Lowe’s YMCA. LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is made possible through a grant provided by The Lance Armstrong Foundation.

The Lowe’s YMCA is committed to building healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Please visit our LIVESTRONG at the YMCA webpage for more information.
